STEP 1 - CONFIRM EVENT DETAILS

Investment:			$2,640.00 inc GST - First person               $2,200.00 inc GST - Additional persons $1,980.00 inc GST - Special rate for returning delegates

Your investment is fully tax deductible and includes the three day program, meals and drinks, workbook, notes and entertainment.  The above costs do not include accommodation or travel.

 

STEP 2 - COMPLETE AND SUBMIT REGISTRATION

You will be able to complete this form with the required information and by clicking the SUBMIT button, return it to us via email.

The Standard Version of Adobe will not let you save the completed Registration form, please ensure you print and keep a copy for your records.  This is your Tax Invoice.
